I was a bit apprehensive before ordering after reading some reviews about the paint and dents - but I took a chance and am very satisfied. My bread box arrived with no defects or dents and is definitely red. I'm blown away by the amount of space it offers and I need to change up my decorating plan, but it's worth it.
