Review on HoMedics® TotalComfortTM Ultrasonic Humidifier 360 Degree by Paul Tucker

PARENT BUYERS BEWARE. I am disappointed and sad that I even have to write this review, I had high hopes that this humidifier would be "the one". I ignored the other reviews hoping they were wrong - and they aren't. I bought this humidifier for my houseplants after my last one (a Crane humidifier that has never let me down) stopped working after years of use. I was glad it was a double mist because my plants need warm mist to survive and thrive, especially in the colder, drier months. I also loved the sleek look and the removable "cone nozzle". This Homedics humidifier DOES NOT heat up AT ALL. Not in the slightest. There is no difference between cool fog and warm fog settings, this was tested not only by touch but also on a digital weather station with hygrometer. I'm saying all this to say this - don't buy this if you're looking for a humidifier that actually heats up.
