It's beautiful and fun. But they are really cheap. Mine went out of the mail after wearing it for about 2 weeks. I had to replace it. The pin is also a little long, every time I look in the mirror or touch the earring with my fingers, it's crooked and doesn't fit the corner of my helix like it should. If the stem was a little shorter and the earring a little tighter it wouldn't move as much and I would rate it higher. Coming from China, I highly doubt it is surgical steel jewelry. However, I like the fact that it's 22 gauge and I don't have to shove a larger gauge through a hole in the gristle. Since it's 22 gauge, I'll deal with failures.
