I've been using this mug for 6 months now and I love it. It is used daily and still looks great. I've also dropped it a couple of times, the cup wasn't damaged. I love that it comes with two straws and a cleaning brush. I don't like ice cream and only use water from the fridge and it still stays cold for hours. Sometimes I put coffee or tea in it and it stays hot for a long time. If the cup is half empty, the drink will cool down faster. I've seen some people worry about not being able to clean the lid properly and mold growing underneath. It's actually easy to clean and I'll include pictures. Make sure the latch is closed, then turn the lid over. Slide the slide piece through the small hole you are drinking from and it will pop right out. Now you can wash it and then put the sliding piece back in the closed position and push down and it snaps back into place instantly. I would definitely recommend this mug to anyone who wants a quality metal mug that will keep drinks hot and cold.
