, I bought a charger for both my husband's car and mine. My husband said it wouldn't work with just a USB cable. I asked him to try a "cigarette lighter" adapter and he said it works but it doesn't charge very quickly. I've only tried my phone once with the adapter and it seemed to work, but didn't charge very quickly. I'm not sure if it's just a coincidence or not, but the next day my phone literally stopped working? I'm in the process of getting a replacement phone. To be honest I'm a little hesitant to use the charger on my new phone again, worried it might have something to do with my phone dying. As I said, I have no proof that the charger had anything to do with it. Charging may be ok. I just thought it would be better to say something. I don't want anyone else to have to go through what I'm going through right now.
