The product is completely satisfied, performs its functions.

The chair is generally of high quality, with the exception of a section of the body that has cracked, and it was worth the eleven thousand dollars I paid for it. If it cost fifteen thousand dollars, I would have gone with a different model.
 After being used for a couple of weeks, it started to make creaking noises.

Different pros: Adjustable backrest, you can sleep on it) Its cons: The pillow under the back is too big, I had to get some of the insides
