Review on FurReal Interactive Electronic Reactions Different by Phil Prater

The FurReal GoGo puppy has become a fun toy for our two and four year olds. The pup is a lot bigger than we thought (about the size of a real pup) and has lots of sounds and actions. Our kids especially like that he can be walked on his own leash - he does best on a hard floor (not carpet and not the street). The controls are simple: by pressing the dance button on the leash, the puppy can dance to the music (five different songs) while standing. If you press another button on the leash, the puppy will walk around on the floor while making various noises. The puppy will fall asleep if no button is pressed for about 30 seconds. We play with the dog in the more open living room because when walking he bumps into the walls and furniture but the kids don't care at all. It's a good substitute for a pet until we're ready for real life, and doesn't make a mess (requires four AA batteries total) - it's a nice pretend friend from a young age.
