The rotation speed of the brush is very low and it turns off when it touches my face
When I turned it on and adjusted the speed, it was still spinning slowly. But I tried anyway and made circular movements on my face. Then it started to slow down and just died out. Instead of physically moving in a circular motion, I just held the brush still and let it rotate, which was ineffective because the speed was very slow and the brush heads were too soft to clean my face. I am returning the item.
