I know this is true because the seal sticker was torn off and barely stuck on. The razor has an abrasive compound that claims to be stainless steel but looks like a sheet of extruded aluminum, almost like paper. One of the rails is broken and one of the plastic spacers is sticking out next to the shaft to hold the razor, making it quite uncomfortable. Literally the entire razor is covered in machining marks. I literally had to wash this razor and file some areas before using it. Last but not least, the razor is not perfectly aligned and will bang on the inside of the walkways when opening/closing. If I had known I didn't buy this razor directly from Parker I would never have bought it from this scam company that does not allow RETURNS! I've been wet shaving for over a year and a half and I've never experienced anything so terrible. Not only am I a disgruntled shopper with unrealistic expectations, I have had several razors in various price ranges and this is by far the worst excuse for a razor.
