Review on LG 24GL650 B Ultragear FreeSync Response 23.6", 144Hz, Anti-Glare Coating, Wall Mountable, Height Adjustment, ‎24GL650-B, HDMI by Patrick Gonzales

I was really surprised by the quality of my 24 inch gaming monitor. The concept of this monitor is very outstanding for the price range. Tilt can go up and down easily, and switching from portrait to landscape is as easy as breathing. The monitor has never been so easy. No screw, just plug and play! Now I use it as my main monitor for gaming and testing websites. It is definitely the best use for this monitor. Regarding the software. I had some issues regarding AMD FreeSync in the beginning until I downloaded the LG software. It wasn't clear if the software would be compatible and I had to try. The "OnScreen" control can be downloaded directly from LG's website and works great with a very neat split screen. Options: Another "minus" I would like, and that's not the main thing, it's about the darkness of the screen. In video mode (or manual mode), blacks are more charcoal than deep blacks. As I draw regularly I don't use this screen for designing as the colorimetry of the screen is very good, especially for gaming. So far, so good!
