7/25/14: I bought them in BLUE and they look great! There is no template you have to follow. They come in a pack of 7 squares, each large square is made up of 3 smaller squares. Glue perfectly. I even have a little girl who loves to splash around in the tub like a mad fish and she hasn't even been able to jerk off. Either way, make sure your tub is dry. I dried our tub with a towel, wiped it down with alcohol and again made sure it was completely dry. It might have been a bit of an exaggeration, but they're holding on! I then divided the 7 large squares into 21 parts and then placed them in the tub without detaching them from the paper. This ensures you get the design you want. Once you've figured out where you want to place the squares, remove the paper from the backing and start gluing them. According to the instructions, you should wait at least 12 hours. Well just in case we waited about 24 hours before using the bath/show again. So far they have held up great and offered good traction. Plus they look great! If you have something larger than a standard-sized bathtub, consider buying two packs. Guess my broke cleaning the tub with alcohol and the 24 hour wait paid off. I even cleaned the tub with a mild cleaning solution of vinegar and baking soda and they didn't come off and nobody slipped in the shower after using them so everything seems fine.
