I purchased and installed various types of light strips throughout my home and was excited to try this range. When I set it up my first impression was that it was of pretty good quality. The adhesive seemed to stick well and hasn't started to curl or fall off yet. In general, the biggest issue with many ribbon lights (in my opinion) is the quality of the ribbon used. I've found that many of the cheaper brands just use cheap glue and end up falling off when I glue them on. I've read a lot about it and followed all the advice online (dusted, wiped with alcohol wipes, etc) and the cheap strips always ended up falling off. For reference, the Philips Hue smartband has been freezing without issue for several months. Another highly rated TV tape I bought online has been connecting to my TV with no problems for almost two years. I am happy to report that this strip is still alive after 2-3 weeks of use.
