I am sad to give such a low rating because overall I love it! This is something I discovered by accident while looking for a bathroom hamper, I stumbled upon this and loved it for my kitchen. BUT the assembly was such a pain that I can't give all the stars. Some screws are too short and when reassembling the basket broke off because the screws came out just right and that wasn't enough. Assembly was extremely difficult. I clipped part of the basket together and then the other side fell off and I had to start all over again. Mounting on the wall after stacking all three baskets on top of each other went well. Stacking each basket on top of each other was the awful part. I had to try really hard to be successful with the build because some of the parts almost didn't fit together so I had to try and I don't even know how it works. I think the basket is great overall and I love that the wires aren't too flimsy, they're thick enough and the baskets are big, amazing sizes. My personal opinion is that the drawings on the board are too big, they could be 50% smaller. I'm a creative person so this may be a design bias. But actually the problem here was in the assembly, I don't think one should refuse to buy it because now that the pain is over it looks beautiful on my wall and I can't wait to decorate it with some fruit and veg fill BUT be prepared to almost give up during the build and prepare for all the sweat for a build that should be really easy. It's not like it's broken or anything, I'd still buy it if there wasn't another one that is exactly the same but with better workmanship. Now that a few months have passed I really didn't care that building was a pain. It hangs on my wall all the time, and it is very convenient for me. I love it.
