It's a quality product

I love the quality, however it needs to be microwaved long for the level of heat need to give my hair a deep conditioning.  That's my feedback.

Pros

Reusable design makes it an eco-friendly alternative to disposable hair care products

Cons

The caps may not be suitable for people who prefer using hot oil treatments for their deep conditioning treatments
