Look I'm 17 and I wanted Heelys okay? I saw they were sold in adult sizes at Revain and couldn't resist. In any case, the shoes themselves are not amazing quality. Nothing fell apart or anything, the shoe itself seems pretty cheap. The black material over the toe box is a hard fluffy plastic, not the usual fabric used in good shoes. It almost looks like thin plastic covered with hard felt - maybe it is. A crease has developed where my toes flex naturally when walking instead of being flexible. The rest of the shoes are in perfect condition. Aside from being Heelys, they're not anything special - just crappy shoes, at least compared to cheap ones like Nike. But like Heelys, it's so much fun! At least at the time of writing, no one knew adult Healeys existed. Most people almost forgot Heelys ever existed, even for kids. So I tried using them in many places where they used to be banned, like department stores like Walmart and Target and even the laser tag arena. I haven't been asked to take them off yet. But I digress; Coming back to the product itself, the shoes are comfortable enough for long-term wear. However, I don't feel comfortable taking the wheels off, so I almost never take them off. So, as you might expect, walking is a little awkward. I'm a guy so I've never worn heels before, but walking around in heelys (with wheels) is how I imagine wearing heels. You must first place your foot on your toe and almost on tiptoe to avoid landing on the bike and falling. Overall, I definitely recommend this product. If you're about to, just do it. What's the worst that can happen? Tell your friends to get some too! I have several of my friends. Guys, let's get Heelys back!
