Summary: The sound quality is amazing! These are great headphones! After some initial connection issues, I was able to get the two earbuds to work together (with a quick message with instructions from the company). The two earbuds must be paired with each other before they can be paired with a sound source. Mine didn't take that first step of connecting to each other for some reason. I got them working by turning off all bluetooth audio sources (my laptop, my phone) and then putting the headphones back in their case (to reset them). Then I took them out and waited for them to connect, put them on the table and watched them. When they are connected, the blue indicator on both will flash at the same time. At this point you can connect the headphones to the sound source. Once you plug them into an audio source, they stay paired with that source and stay connected each time you take them out, so you only have to do this once (the first time). I have to say the sound quality is very, very good. The volume is sufficient, the sound is clear and full. They have large touch surfaces compared to the size of the earbuds, but I haven't had too many accidental button presses so far. Any accidental contact can be quickly broken off with another short press of a button. Charging seems really good. 2 hours gives 4 hours of playback plus 4 more charges from the charger. That's about the best there is for such a nice little and light box. I now have a pairing with my Galaxy S20 and my laptop. The connection was perfect and the sound was excellent. Highly recommended!
