Painkillers are a good thing so I ordered this pack for this and the shaker. (Dirty Craft means a mug with a lid is such a plus.) The powder smelled like cough drops when added to 16 ounces of water. But the taste? Fur. As soon as I waited for the foam to go down (don't drink the foam) I took a sip and it had an odd taste that I couldn't quite understand. My migraine sensitivity colleague quickly gave it back to me to finish, so it's heavy. I can't imagine how incredibly potent this will be in the recommended 4 ounces of water. My main reason for using powdered drinks is simply to increase hydration, which can provide pain relief anyway as it reduces inflammation. Actually, I couldn't finish it because of the medicinal taste. The Shaker Cup is a perfectly respectable piece of style. It opens and closes easily, unscrews easily, and is put to good use.
