Absolute Crap: Cats

They're cracked, every single one (at least I think so, since I used up the first ten). They don't even fill up. I carefully place them in a plastic container and try to pull them out gently, but they tear. Huge holes in the ground. I've checked the bottom and sides of each bag (after the first two times it happened) and there's no reason for them to tear.
