Review on Epson Wireless Wide Format Supertank Unlimited by Jerry Bergstad

This printer was purchased based on good reviews and ink savings. Upon arrival and installation I found a requirement in the user manual to periodically replace the ink maintenance box, Epson part number C93451. I took the initiative and wanted to order a replacement to have it ready as the printer stopped printing when the ink tank was full. (It stores waste ink after cleaning the printhead.) That's where the fun started! Epson does not give details on its website, but refers the customer to four distributors. Find four dealers, none had the specified part. The printer is being returned as standard components should be easily accessible. Revain doesn't have that part. If you have this printer and have not yet replaced this item, good luck finding it!
