Not compressive or supportive, needs a sports bra under it. Larger than a proper M.

I'm between a full 34A/small 34B. I end up between a small and medium for sports bras often as my body tends to pick and choose times randomly to swell up. (I currently prefer a medium in the traditional Nike bras, but my favorite is the VS sports bra that zips up at the front.)This is definitely bigger than most M sizing and my body is actually swollen today trying it on. it's adorable, very cute, definitely a show-and-tell gym outfit. But it needs a sports bra under it, there is not enough compression at all - the material is actually quite soft. I'm not mad at it, it's actually quite comfortable.This does not have enough support for me as a competitive runner. It is also a little bigger than most M sports tops (for comparison, this is much bigger than a M in Forever 21.)This is great for cute gym wear, pilates, yoga, core, lifting weights, spin, anything that isn't high intensity full body movement. Would definitely not do a run in this.

2 piece.i was expecting 1 piece but its a tank top and the other piece is just the arms.

I think this top is so cute. I''m big-chested, so I am wary of athleisure because it can be too tight sometimes, but the medium (which is my normal size) fits perfectly. It doesn''t have a built-in bra, so you still have to wear something under but that''s fine with me. I''m not sure if I''d wear them separately (at least the long sleeve part), but I''m sure it would work with the right outfit. The pink color is also super cute and the material is very soft.
