I've been doing body transformations for 3 months. The automatic recognition function now allows anyone to step on the scale and recognize the user, which is very convenient. This is based exactly on my body composition calculations. The muscle and body fat percentage fluctuates by about 0.3% from day to day, which is significantly more accurate than my manual measurements! I also like measuring bone mass (my mother-in-law and aunt just suffered severe fractures and discovered they have severe osteoporosis).
