Review on Enhanced SMATFARM LED Aquarium Light: Dimmable 95Watts Full Spectrum Sunrise Sunset for Marine Fish Tanks with Timer Function by Amanda Thomas

UPDATE: These lanterns grow with no problem, amazing price! Over the years I have used many reef aquarium lights, some cheap, some very expensive. For the price alone of these lamps, they were the most impressive. Excellent color rendering of my corals, individual LED color mixing is superior to many other lights on the market. The lenses also prevent the light from blinding me while sitting on the couch in the same room as the aquarium. The A+ controls and included bracket are the weakest point of this flashlight. While the controls are a little lackluster, they're easy to use and the inclusion in the box at this price point is incredible. Lots of features but no crazy frills. The bracket serves its purpose, but does not inspire confidence. I have no doubt it will hold the light, but it feels a little flimsy. That being said, for the price, including a box setup of this nature, it's pretty great. That being said, there is no PAR data for these listed bulbs, so I took some readings in my own reservoir (this is for ONE bulb only, not two as shown in my picture). 12.5" under the lamp I can easily get 350 PAR right under the fixture. Inside the 6" ring I was still able to get down about 275.17" I measured about 250. The 6" -Ring around him reached about 210. the rest of the sandy soil showed 100-150. The only variables I'm not sure about are my SPS coral growth and light longevity. I will post updates over time. Overall fantastic lights for the price. Definitely a worthwhile purchase.
