Convenient, Simple, and Effective

I recently got a new job that requires me to sit in front of a computer for most if not all of my workday, and I'm really into it to fight eyestrain and sleep disorders. I had never used blue light glasses before and decided to give it a try and I'm so glad I did! It only took a day to feel the difference. There is a lot of debate about the effectiveness of blue light glasses, but I can personally attest to whether or not it is a placebo effect. Plus, they're cute and comfy!

Pros
