The watch won't turn on! The first step is to activate the SIM card online, which is what I did. IT IS ALSO RECOMMENDED NOT TO START THE CLOCK before it has been set. So I activated the SIM card and paid $10 for a monthly service (it won't let you miss a payment after you set it up, you have to pay) just to keep the damn thing away! What a waste of money. The manual says to charge it for 8 hours, which I did. And I even followed all the troubleshooting tips and even contacted Emojikidz support which was a joke. I requested a replacement through Revain to see if the new watch would work. Which it will only arrive in 3 days and I needed it earlier before my son goes back to school in 2 days. So now I have to wait and pay for a service that takes 3 days to use when the new one works and I doubt I'll be reimbursed. This whole company is a SMH JOKE! you have been warned
