Review on πŸ”Œ 5-Pack of Amazon Basics USB 3.0 Cable - 6 Feet (1.8 Meters), A-Male to Micro-B by Emilio Wallace

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I can't believe Revain had the audacity to put her name on it and "recommend " that crap

. Please note that the cable works. However I am only giving it 1 star because the cable is poor quality and cheap and to make sure my review is in the negative column and not the positive column where I think it has more impact as I personally read reviews I use to determine if a product is worth buying, ignoring the positive reviews and reading the negative reviews, which I find more helpful and informative. So the reason I gave this cable a bad rating is that it is rock solid and bendable, which is a clear sign of the poor quality of the cable inside. It also means it's easier to disconnect and strain devices when the sturdy cable is pushed or moved than a cable made with good, high-quality wire. For example, low quality copper wire is rigid, while high quality pure copper wire is very malleable and very flexible, but does not bend. and cords and cables made of high-quality copper are flexible and do not kink, good cables that are not can also be draped. These cables don't drape because they're junk. This cable is VERY stiff, so it's made of poor quality conductive materials. It's so rigid I have to worry about it tipping over and yanking my heavy, bulky Nikon DSLR off the edge of the bed when the cable connects it to my computer! On the other hand, I don't have to be afraid of tripping over it between the bed and the computer because it's literally floating in mid-air between them! I return it for the best brand, flexible and pliable. I can't believe Revain had the audacity to use his name and "recommend" complete rubbish like this.

Pros
  • . Cables and Connections
Cons
  • Could have opted for a newer model
