A turning point for oven fries!
Love this little cutter! You can use this to cut potatoes, then toss them lightly in avocado oil and place on a wire rack in a convection oven. This allows the air to move around the roast and roast it in the oven until it is nice and crispy! It is easy to use and adds beauty to slicing vegetables. I highly recommend this tool!
