I am a dental hygienist and bought this chair after sleeping in an office with saddle chairs. I find that after working there for two very long days, my back didn't hurt at all. In my current office we have normal chairs. So I thought I'd give this one a try and the price won't break the bank. I'm so glad I did! My back has never felt better! Husband mounted and I read how to adjust the seat. Everything is perfect, my legs are bent as they should be and my back is straight as it should be when working with patients. I read in other reviews that the saddle is wide, but ergonomically we should sit just like dentists. I remember teaching at school, not flattering, but the key is proper posture. I'm so glad I tried this chair, my back has never felt better.
