Great Job Placement Software - Very User Friendly
Easy to use! I like that it can be used for any job position whether you are looking at an internal or external candidate pool. The software allows me to see who has applied within my organization as well as those qualified beyond our current hiring needs (i.e., not in house). There really isn't anything about this product which does NOT work very efficiently when searching resumes/candidates internally OR externally; however there could certainly be more features added to enhance functionality of searches from both sides. This program helps us streamline all recruiting efforts into one system allowing easy access between employees & candidates while also ensuring consistency across teams within organizations without having multiple systems running independently.

- Updates automatically via scheduled updates by administrator through email notification if required prior approval needed.)
- It would have been beneficial is some sort automated alerts sent out once applicants had passed certain screening questions suchas drug testing etc
