I bought this monitor to replace two others, one was about 24 and the other 26 inch. While together they gave me a bit more screen real estate, I decided to purchase the ultra-wide to reduce clutter and complexity on my desktop. And it worked like a charm. First, let me say that I am not a gamer or content creator. So I want a monitor that gives me enough space to work, good picture quality, and decent features. This monitor covers all of those reasons with ease. It's VESA compliant if you want to mount it on your arm. Assembling the stand was easy and straightforward. It has multiple USB ports and acts as a USB hub. I've found it very convenient to be able to move some of my USB devices onto the monitor and reduce clutter on the back of my Mac mini. The controls are fairly standard and easy to use.
