Stains appear when washed

I really want to love these shirts and I still wear them, but they are too problematic to recommend people to buy (at least the ones I have). I bought mustard and brick so this may not apply to all. Pros: * They fit as expected * The colors were what I imagined from the photos. Cons: * Cheaply made. The threads were sticking out in places and some of the stitching looked like it was about to unravel. I don't think they will fall apart but it looks like they will.* This is the worst part and I don't know what caused it. But every time I wash and dry the shirts, they get stained. I can't figure out if it's color bleed or if it's a reaction to the fabric softener sheets or something else. Even if it's very annoying. I think washing them with white vinegar instead of detergent and not using fabric softener sheets might help a little, but I haven't quite figured it out yet. * I bought size 19-19 1/2 36-37 which means I'm a tall tall guy. I'm 6ft 2in and 230lbs. The ties that came with the shirts were too short. You'd think they match the length of the tie to the size of the shirt. I could get her to work with paper. There are ear clips on the back but they are a bit shorter than I would have liked. Overall the shirts are serviceable and would look pretty good if it weren't for the stains. But too many problems to point out. Where can a man get a good 19-19 1/2 collar shirt? None of the stores around me sell that much and you just can't trust the quality online. If you wash them and see a few stains, it's too late to send them back!

Pros
  • Easy setup
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.
