My daughter loves these boots. I was happy with the quality when they arrived, they are heavy and strong. But I was disappointed that the toe on one boot had already frayed (after less than a week of normal wear), especially since I spent the money on it instead of my $25 target pair. Also, I ordered the wrong size and figured I could just exchange it. I was wrong (although I've never looked at their exchange policy so it's really my fault) but they charge a $10 restocking fee and you have to pay to send it back. I decided to just keep the other pair as they are too big and my daughter will eventually grow into them.
