Review on Hiboy HC 02 Hoverboard Suspension Attachment by Steven Ferguson

I bought this kart along with the hoverboard that I am giving my nephews as a Christmas present. I saw some questionable reviews so I opened it up and started carefully collecting it. Unfortunately, one of the first steps, attaching the shock absorbers that support the seat to the brackets, was not possible because the main part of the frame was welded crookedly. I attached a photo of the problem to the review. Otherwise all the details were there and the product appeared to be well designed. If that gets fixed I look forward to trying it out. I emailed customer support but didn't get a response (site claim response time is 24 hours). I hope I still get an answer soon and they can fix the problem. Otherwise there may be a return and I will try another brand. I will update when customer support goes through. UPDATE: I contacted customer service through the Hiboy website where you can submit a form. They were helpful and sent me a replacement that didn't have the same problem. My nephews love the hoverkart and have had no problems so far!
