Good for sore, chapped, dry lips and cold sores
I have been recommending Carmex for years. This is great for dry, chapped lips and can help with cold sores. The menthol and camphor in Carmex are very calming and healing, but they aren't the most delicious medicines! My daughter says it's great for soothing her chapped lips. Carmex is inexpensive, so it's no big deal to throw away the tube or stick after treating herpes (so as not to reinfect yourself). I wish it had sunscreen in it to protect the lips even more. I also wish the tube had a flip top lid so you don't have to deal with a potentially unsanitary lid.
