When I first took them out of the packaging I wasn't sure if they would withstand the severe tugging of my little ones. The plastic looks a bit thin. I checked one out on the closet in her room and so far so good! She did some pretty strong twitches and tried to rip him off, but he stayed. I might reinforce the other side with another just to make sure it stays closed. I'm not sure I trust them 100% to stay with a baby stronger than my 1 1/2 year old so I would be exhausted. about leaving unsupervised when you really don't want them to go into it. All in all a pretty good product for the price!
