Review on Logitech MK750 Wireless Keyboard Marathon by Dale Hing

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Do you feel happy?

What could have been a very good keyboard - the springs feel great and the keyboard works well for the most part - this product is hampered by the company with the worst warranty history (Sony is still the worst). Given the many complaints I see about a bad battery in this keyboard, I would be very wary of buying anything else from Logitech. I have a key on my keyboard that triggers repeatedly with the slightest touch. Keyboard 0/Ins. The key that screams "000000000000" when rubbed could be funny if I didn't rely on that key so much for copy and paste. Logitech's support was very - I mean A LOT - like talking to a wall. It's like they don't even speak English (and probably don't). They have made it abundantly clear time and time again that they are driven by greed, not justice. They will not consider my complaint as my receipt says I bought it new in an open box. Their warranty policy doesn't exclude such a scenario, but they don't care if their product doesn't work properly. In any case, they feel that the seller should cover the cost of shipping this item to make up for what they didn't do. It doesn't make any sense to me. You have a warranty policy and you must abide by it. But they won't. So. Lucky you?
