Actually it was more than what I was looking for in a money clip. It does an excellent job of even keeping a few bills safe which is what I needed. The look of the clip is better than I expected. The surface is very shiny and seems to resist scratches from other things in my bag and the engraving of the Lord's Prayer is very clean and beautifully colored. It arrived in a protective sleeve in a velvet pouch in a beautiful gift box. You would be proud to give this to someone as a gift, as a keepsake, or as a token of gratitude.
