The quality and materials used strike me as average, good enough to scrub most people's back well enough. I have a small neurological mobility issue that prevents me from reaching parts of my back when showering. I find these stylish scrubbers very useful. I'm on the larger spectrum but thought these types of scrubbers were very similar. this is for the little guy. I have to bend my arms too much to do this. The order page said how big it was so I was wrong, didn't think twice about it, but it still looks bigger in the pictures. That's my reason for 3 stars. If you are a medium or small person this should be good for you.
