This is my second Gowhods Men Waist Trainer Vest Sweat Vest Hot Neoprene Zipper Sauna Tank Top Workout Shirt . The first one I ordered was a XLG and it performed well beyond my expectations. I started off at 205 lbs and within a couple months I am now down to 175 LBs and had to order the Lg Vest now . Been using it also for a bout 3 weeks now and seeing more results. Very happy with the quality and very well made. All I do to wash it it after use is either wash in the shower after use or hand wash with a mild detergent . Thank you
