UPDATED REVIEW: In the long review below I share my feedback. I upgraded the rating from 2 to 5 stars because they got it RIGHT after posting my review below. Exceeded my expectations too. It even included a part to fix my old headset. This product was already 5 stars for me until my most recent incident which caused me to write 2 stars and then the way they responded and replaced my headset: a 5 star experience fully returned in my opinion and a product. : I've had this set for almost a year and no problems - I decided to get a new pair because after a year my right earbud wasn't tight - it bounced when I walked. Worn normally for over a year and for the price - LOVED THEM Bad: 1. Bought my wife a pair for Christmas - she needed a new set in February because the volume stopped working - luckily I got insurance2. I bought this second pair for myself after saying above that they would last a year, but as the Ragnar races approached I figured it was time to buy a new set to keep the headphones firmly in to get my ear After all we are 2 for 3 of our purchases between me and my wife. So. WRONG - I put on my headphones and on the first start I reached out to turn up the volume - and the right parts of the ear just fell to shreds - well, I think two parts - the volume knob and the bezel for the power button . Now I'm on Ragnar weekend, 2 big runs left, 1 mile of this 9 mile run. and the headset works without a head. :(
