I really wanted to love this bag. It looked great in the photos in the ad, but in person the quality and appearance is not what I expected. The look of the pebbled leather on the front is actually very nice, but the sides of the bag where it's smooth looks cheap and I think over time (sooner or later) the look of the sides will get scratched. I can't say for sure, just guessing how it looks and feels in person. The brush with the wooden ball doesn't look right either. I think that makes the bag cheaper overall. I'm giving 2 stars because the actual design and look of the bag looks beautiful - that's why I ordered it. But then again the quality has personally failed and it's not what I expected or hoped for. Other Kattee bags look beautiful and I would still risk buying a different style. But the return comes back.
