These straps are really good quality and well worth the price. I received black, brown, and green leather straps, a button to fasten the straps, and a canvas storage pouch with what appears to be a bunch of keys. My only complaints are (1) they came with only one screw rivet, (2) they were a bit stiff on arrival, and (3) they're not exactly 22mm, but 20mm (or at least mine). I resolved complaint (1) by purchasing additional rivets from Revain (I thought the price and quality of these straps made the extra cost worth it). Since it is genuine leather, I resolved complaint (2) by soaking it in hot water for a few minutes, drying it and treating it with a leather conditioner. Both the green and black got very soft, but the brown was still a bit harsh. More wear should be fine. Complaint (3) was probably caused by getting wet in the water which is entirely my fault. So I don't mind H&D ;) Update: I asked for a replacement as I assumed they were 22mm lug width watches. The new strips I received were the same width. It turns out that these are strips of 20-21 mm. However, the new strips I received were softer (or not as hard) and bolder in color than the original strips I received. The second set also came with a signed QC/Inspection card which I did not receive with the first. Bottom line: Due to the quality of the leather and the great look of these straps, I can put up with this small criticism. but found it worth mentioning.
