The material is not breathable
I just don't feel like it does what it's supposed to do. I don't feel relief on my heels as advertised. I have chronic plantar fasciitis and was hoping this would help. It also didn't seem to fit very well, and the instructions weren't very clear. The material is NOT breathable.
