I just have to say that finally something protects my daughter's eyes and skin from the blue light from the computer. She sits in front of the computer all day and sometimes at work until 11pm and I was concerned about blue light effects, when I found this screen protector I was relieved. I received the wrong size the first time (so please follow the measurement instructions) but the seller was very nice and I returned it with no problems so I received the correct size. When in doubt, just think about the bad effects of blue light on your eyes and skin, remember that blue light ages and promotes increased pigmentation. I'm sure $20 or $30 is nothing compared to an optometrist or dermatologist.
