My baby has very sensitive fair skin and multiple food sensitivities. His blemished skin had so much eczema as an infant due to gluten sensitivity, and then a few months ago he developed a rash around his mouth that wouldn't go away. We tried hydrocortisone cream, antibiotic ointment and Aquaphor. Something was bothering him and we couldn't understand it. We found out they were baby wipes. I always wipe his face with a damp cloth, but normal cloths were used in kindergarten. I asked her to start using delicate wipes but he still vomited. Then we asked the preschooler to just use wet paper towels and his face was clear. We bought these wipes to get rid of tough bugs and food and they worked great without causing any irritation or rashes. They are "moistener" than regular baby wipes and I need less of them to clean the diaper area and face. They are expensive but worth every penny.
