It's big, so if you have a thin baby waist
The dress is very beautiful and quite thick but soft and comfortable. My 4 year old loves what she wore for her birthday. It was the subject of Jojo Siwa. The only downside was that the smallest one was too big for her. I had to hem the sides to make it fit as she has a small waist and other than that the dress is just gorgeous!
