First good details: 1. The keyboard has worked better than that of the Logitech MX series so far. The Logitech MX is a complete cluster*. I've been using Logitech products for over 20 years so I can say with authority that they screwed up this one. The Dell keyboard still works perfectly with no mouse wobble or connection issues2. The keyboard quality seems solid3. I like the different button colors compared to the number pad. Now the problems: 1. The quality of the mouse is questionable at best, the buttons peeling off to fit the battery (really?). Two screws under the thin plastic hold the top in place with magnets. (Who designed this Dell?) 2. Bluetooth pairing does not work properly. The ONLY way to pair this was to start pairing on #3. I can't just press pairing button #1 or #2 for more than 3 seconds to make it blink and then pair. I need 3, 2, 1 (Whiskey Tango Foxtrot). Where usability is the same problem with mouse and keyboard - absolutely meaningless3. The keyboard stand is an epic disaster, I've never seen anything so badly designed. When I move the keyboard stand, it folds up.4. Do you seriously still use spare batteries? Insert lithium batteries and please make them rechargeable. Dell Net-Net Message:1. Hooray! Better than Logitech's MX keyboard/mouse - at least it works flawlessly.2. Proper Bluetooth pairing, this is not acceptable (Bluetooth 101)3. Fix keyboard stand design4. A rebuke to the guy who designed the thin mouse top and completely nonfunctional keyboard stand.
