I had bought this set to mainly try on others who wants to get their nails done, but when I tested it out on my own nails I was actually very pleased with how it looked. It has a nice shine to it but my nails still look pretty dark. I did two coats for some of the colors and using the magnets to get the look you want can be a little tricky but you can always go on YouTube for some tutorials on how to work the magnets. Overall great purchase and would definitely recommend to others!
