Disappointed and not impressed!
Ordered and awaiting arrival. Connected it to the computer via the USB port and upon arrival the device was not working. There was no product manual in the box and I couldn't find any instructions online other than YouTube. However, I don't speak Arabic so it was a waste of time. Philips products are generally a good buy. After this disappointment I bought an Olympus digital voice recorder which met my needs. Philp's quality control was definitely below par.
