The springs don't work at all.
I sent the same information to the seller and never heard a squeak from them. The springs are not the same diameter as the factory springs, they are smaller. There isn't a bend in them that makes the lid jump and doesn't hold it open. I informed them that they need to look at the factory spring so they can find out. The lid looks good but doesn't work properly.
