I might change my mind after a few wears but I just woke up pain free for the first time in 8 months. That's enough for me. I actually have a tfcc tear (ulnar bone compression) which is causing my pinky fingers pain and loss of grip, they help a lot more than the ones I got from the doctors last week which were too big for my medium sized hands. It's adjusted so I can now make a fist and the brace doesn't hang on anything. I cut the straps to length so they don't get in the way. Its soft breathable mesh is nice and the metal handle in my palm is not bad as it is soft. For the price I can't complain at all. I'm just thankful for a pain free morning. Edited to add ** I wish they were a bit better if they had velcro covering the 1st and 3rd strips as well as the middle (2nd) strip. I had to cut off the straps and cover up the extra velcro with scraps as it snagged on everything but the front but I still love them. I now have a podiatrist who can see if we can get my sad wrist back into shape.
